Your order is in good hands. Every shipment comes fully tracked. We ship worldwide, so wherever you are, we've got you.

Split Shipments 

Most orders ship in a single package. Occasionally, items may arrive in separate packages from different warehouse locations. We'll send you tracking information for each package as soon as it's on its way.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

United States & Canada:

Orders under $99: $9.99

Orders $99 and over: FREE shipping

International:

Orders under $200: $20.00

Orders $200 and over:  FREE shipping

All orders: We ship from multiple warehouses to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In rare cases, items in your order may ship separately from different locations, which can result in multiple shipping charges at checkout. Don't worry; we review all orders and automatically refund any duplicate shipping charges within 3-4 business days.

How Long Does Processing & Delivery Take?

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 4–5 business days of your order confirmation email (excluding holidays).

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email. Allow 48–72 hours for your tracking link to update.

Destination & Estimated Delivery

-Unites States & Canada: 5–8 business days

-International: 12–15 business days

International orders may take additional time to clear customs. This is outside our control, but your tracking link will always show the latest status.

What If My Package Is Delayed, Lost, or Damaged?

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it's in the carrier's hands — but we won't leave you without support. Here's what to do:

1.Check your tracking link for the latest status.

2.Contact the carrier directly; they can investigate delays and missing packages faster than we can.

3.Still stuck? Reach out to us and we'll do everything we can to help.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Not quite right? Email delight@lilhelper.ca within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. We'll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address once your request is approved. We recommend using a tracked shipping method; return shipping is at your cost unless we made the mistake. Returns sent without a RAN or after 30 days will not be accepted. Items purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item, we'll refund you once we receive it, and you place a new order for what you want.

Defective or Damaged Items

Email us within 30 days with a photo, we'll make it right.

Tariffs & Duties

For all orders shipped within Canada and the United States, any tariffs, duties, and import fees are fully covered by us. The price you paid at checkout is the only amount you will ever be charged. No surprises.

For international orders, any applicable tariffs, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price at checkout.
