Regular (10 in / 25 cm): Holds 20–30 ml (4–6 tampons); perfect for moderate days.

Heavy (13 in / 33 cm): Holds 40–50 ml (8–10 tampons); for heavier days or overnight.

Max (16 in / 41 cm): Holds 80–100 ml (16–20 tampons); for very heavy flow or postpartum needs.

3.5 × 2.5 in (8.9 × 6.3 cm). Holds up to 10 ml, about two tampons; best for light days or as backup.

    Machine Wash

    Wash soiled products within 3 days. Do not leave items unwashed longer than this to prevent odor and bacteria buildup.

    Before washing, rinse heavily soiled pads under cold running water until the water runs clear. Pretreat creams or oil-based stains with a drop of blue Dawn dish soap, gently hand wash the area, and rinse thoroughly. Place small or delicate items inside a mesh laundry bag to prevent them from getting lost or caught in your machine.

    Machine wash in cold water using a reputable detergent; we recommend Tide Original. Start with a cold pre-wash using about ¼ of the recommended detergent amount. Follow with a heavy-duty wash (longest cycle) in warm water up to 140°F / 60°C, using the full recommended amount of detergent. Add other laundry items for proper bulk. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.

    Hand Wash

    Rinse under cold running water until clear. Wash in a sink or basin with detergent, agitate gently, soak for 10 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

    Drying

    Air dry whenever possible to maintain shape and performance. If using a dryer, tumble on low heat and avoid over-drying to prevent shrinking, damage, or unnecessary wear.

    This range ensures you have a reusable period pad that’s just right for your needs.

    Change frequency depends on your flow and the pad size. On lighter days, you may only need to change once or twice, while on heavy days, you might want to switch more often. The Heavy and Max sizes are made for extended wear, so you can feel secure without constant changes.
    Definitely! These reusable pads are perfect for light incontinence, sweat control, and any time you need extra coverage. The bamboo terry layers wick away moisture, offering comfort for a variety of uses beyond just menstruation.
    Washing HyPs pads is easy: simply rinse out any blood or discharge, then toss them in the laundry with your regular wash. They don’t require special care—just wash, dry, and reuse, making them convenient sustainable period products. Do not add bleach or fabric softeners. Hang to dry when possible, or tumble dry on low.     Yes, you can absolutely hand wash your HyPs. The blue stay dry fabric means they come clean easily, and while they are safe for the washer and dryer, it is not a necessity. Mohammed recently made a video outlining all the steps, check that out here.

    Best pads ever!!!!!

    I got these on sale and saw a bunch of ads saying how awesome these are. I got two Max pads and they feel like silk when I put them on and after a few hours didn’t feel like I had them on at all until I go to the bathroom. Happy to report that these pads are long enough that I don’t leak as I have an heavy flow and absorbed so quick that I didn’t notice the blood residue.
